Check out the recipes at Melissas.com I made the Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes with Lemon Butter and Parmesan (found the recipe on the bag o' taters, not on the website), and they were pretty good but needed more cheese and salt. And maybe some garlic powder? And to be cooked longer?
ReplyDeleteAnyway--these recipes seem like good inspiration if you're running out of ideas or have to feed someone like Tim.
Oh, and use either WAYYYYYY less butter or olive oil but about half as much. I tossed out the recipe accidentally but could probably remember it if can't find it and you want me to.
ReplyDeleteI'll look on the website. I bought tiny potatoes at the store the other day, so that's probably what I'll make.
